Adam Edgerly is Interculturalist and a Consultant with The Awaken Group, a global leadership development consulting firm with expertise in aligning people to strategy to drive innovation and creativity by unleashing the maximum potential of organizations. Applying the science of behavioral coaching, Adam helps leaders unleash their potential and soar. He is a Certified Master Coach, with over twenty years of senior executive experience, and extensive experience training and coaching leaders of diverse cultural backgrounds. He is passionate about integrating cultural diversity for individuals and organizations.

Adam Edgerly has led transformational workshops for thousands of participants on five continents. He is a gifted communicator with over twenty-five years of experience in public speaking and a unique ability to distill complex concepts into memorable principle and actions. He specializes in intercultural leadership development, drawing upon the latest science in the field and twenty years of senior executive experience leading and training diverse teams.

Adam earned his MBA from Emory University with an international exchange at the University of Manchester. He holds a BA and MA in Intercultural Studies from Biola University, with field research in leadership and language in Mali, West Africa, and a Certificat de Langue Français from Université Paris Sorbonne (Paris IV).
