So-Young Kang, Catalyst, Founder & Managing Partner of The Awaken Group, held a seminar on “Global Leadership: What is Required?” organized by MEP Asia in Singapore on April 30, 2010.

Topics discussed included top leadership challenges facing CEOs, Presidents and Owners today: Enhancing ability to adapt to change, Hiring right managers and leaders and Creating a culture of innovation and creativity within organizations. Participants were challenged and encouraged to think of ways in which they can begin to impact their organizations to be more “human, creative and adaptable.”
